I wasn't sure if Lila was mature enough. The class is for 3-5 year-olds. Lila doesn't turn three until November - but, I asked for an age waiver and got it. Despite the fact that she's the youngest in the group, she holds her own.
This is Olivia's second year in ballet. Her first year was at school in Portugal, once a week for nine months. Now, Olivia enjoys bossing Lila around, because she, obviously, knows what she doing (Above: Olivia's first ballet recital this past June in Portugal).

The girls spend countless hours during the week practicing and holding ballet classes at home. It's really endearing to watch.

Oh Nat I love this! Remember when you and I used to talk (dream) about being ballerinas? And we'd look through ballet books, etc? I really wish that we had taken some lessons together back then! Liv and Lila will have such great memories doing this! Plus, nothing is better than a little girl in a pink tutu!
They are so cute in their little outfits! Glad to hear that they're having such a fun time.
Love it love it love it...Hugs to the girls. Tell them when Grammy comes from Vermont she would like them to do a show for us...or maybe we can be there when they are actually in a show, wouldn't that be wonderful....
