I just love nap time. I love it because I can have some time to myself to read, clean, read blogs (which I'm way behind on right now), catch up on a show I DVR'd, etc. And, I love naps because my kids wake up rejuvenated and, mostly, happy (unless they are hungry). I also love them because I love to hear my girls talk to each other and to their dolls. They "read" and sing to each other, share laughs, quiet moments and sister secrets (Oh, and they plot, I'm sure). Building tight bonds and storing tender moments...

Very cute pictures, Natalie.
I really wanted Ashlyn to keep napping indefinitely, but it just didn't happen. She still has quiet time, and does nap occasionally. Christopher didn't nap today, and our late afternoon/evening was terrible.
So sweet.....isn't it awesome listening to them talk and plan...It's great that they get along so well....
I'm sort of reading this with an angry grimace on my face because both my kids are SCUH-REAMING in their beds and not napping and I'm about to blow a gasket and run out in the street screaming myself. I MAKE my kids nap because otherwise I CANNOT BE DEALT WITH at 4 p.m.
